LED posters for clinics and waiting rooms
A clinic or a healthcare lobby shows general information: opening hours, directions to departments, announcements and notices. An LED poster stands on the floor, needs no wall drilling and changes content from a phone or a USB stick. It is direct-view LED, not an LCD kiosk. This page covers general display use only.

Types for a waiting room
The wide die-cast LED poster, 960 mm gives announcements a wide canvas where the back is reachable. The die-cast LED poster, 640 mm fits a narrower corridor. Where a screen is touched or wiped, such as a reception area, look at the LED poster with acrylic glass screen; it is not a touchscreen.
Pitch for waiting areas
People sit or stand 2 to 3 m from the screen, and some read from closer. P2.5 shows 384 × 768 pixels on a 960 poster for viewers from 2.5 m; P1.86 shows 516 × 1032 for closer reading. Set the text large and short; see the content creation checklist.
Loading content where Wi-Fi is limited
Some venues do not allow Wi-Fi for display devices. The poster loads over LAN or from a USB stick as well as over Wi-Fi, and it keeps playing the stored content without a network. Choose the way that your facility's IT rules allow.
Sound
A built-in speaker is Optional. In a quiet waiting room you can leave it out, and the poster plays silently.
Cleaning
Basic care is the same as for any LED poster: switch off, use a soft lint-free cloth, no solvents and no spraying. The care guide lists the steps. We give no advice on disinfectants or on infection control, so follow your facility's own rules for cleaning products.
Service space
Posters with rear service need roughly 30 to 50 cm behind them for the rear cover. Plan the space along the wall before you place the poster.
Questions and answers
Which poster suits a clinic waiting room?
A die-cast 960 for a wide canvas, or the aluminium profile 640 with rear door in a narrower space where the back is reachable.
Which pitch should I choose?
P2.5 for viewers from 2.5 m, P1.86 where people read from closer.
What if the waiting room has no Wi-Fi?
Load by LAN or USB. The poster plays the stored content on its own.
Does the poster make sound?
Only if you add the built-in speaker, which is Optional.
Can I use a cleaning product on the screen?
Use a soft lint-free cloth slightly damp with water. We give no advice on other products; follow your facility's rules.
Is the acrylic glass poster a touchscreen?
No. The acrylic glass screen is for points where the screen is touched or wiped, but it does not react to touch.
Do the posters need to be drilled into the clinic wall?
No. It stands on the floor on its stand.
Who pays freight for a warranty repair?
The warranty is 2 years with repair at the factory. The buyer pays freight, and spare parts are sold separately.
