LED poster care and cleaning guide
Keeping an LED poster clean is simple if you follow a few safe habits. This guide covers the basics for indoor posters. The warranty is 2 years with repair at the factory; see support and warranty.

Basic cleaning
Switch the poster off. Wipe the front with a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly damp with water. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners, and do not spray liquid straight onto the screen.
GOB surface
Indoor posters, except the acrylic glass type, have GOB over the LEDs. A clear layer over the LEDs helps hold them in place and protects them against knocks, dust and the light moisture of normal cleaning.
Acrylic glass screen
Wipe the glass in the same way. Any acrylic can be marked by hard or abrasive contact. If the glass is scratched, it can be replaced on its own, without changing the LED modules, and a spare acrylic screen is Optional.
Changing a module
On the die-cast poster, the module comes out from the front with a suction cup. With rear service, switch the poster off and disconnect the power, remove the rear cover, unbolt the module and fit a spare. Keep a few spare modules with the main order: color and brightness are matched within one purchase batch.
Moving the poster
Switch off and disconnect the power first. The die-cast 640 stands on casters; use a flight case (Optional) for travel.
