Privacy policy
This page explains what information the Poster LED website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: the site has no analytics and no tracking cookies, and we only receive what you choose to send us.
Who we are
Poster LED is a business-to-business website about freestanding LED posters assembled at our Shenzhen assembly factory. The website is operated by Poster-LED.com, Industrial park LED Optoelectronics, Kukeng Tongfuyu Industrial Zone, Kukeng Community, Guanlan Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean Poster LED.

No analytics, no tracking cookies
The site is a set of static pages. We do not use analytics tools, advertising tags, tracking pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles. Fonts and scripts are served from our own hosting, so simply reading the site does not send your data to other companies.
If we add analytics or other tools later, we will update this policy first.
Your quote list stays in your browser
When you add posters to your quote list, the list (model and quantity) is saved in your own browser using local storage. If local storage is not available, the browser keeps it only for the current session. This list is not sent to us until you submit the quote form. You can clear it by removing the items, submitting the form, or clearing your browser's site data.
Information you send us
The quote form on the quote list page sends us:
- how you would like us to contact you (email, WhatsApp, Telegram or phone) and the matching contact detail: your email address, WhatsApp number, Telegram username or phone number (required);
- an email address for spec sheets (optional, asked only if you pick WhatsApp, Telegram or phone);
- your name, company and city (all optional);
- your message (optional), and anything you write in it, such as quantity or project details;
- the list of poster models and quantities from your quote list.
If you email us or write to us on a messenger, we receive what you send there, for example your name, company, contact details and any files you attach.
How the form reaches us
When you press "Send my list", your browser sends the form to Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, which forwards it to our mailbox as an email. Web3Forms handles the submission under its own privacy policy and, like any web service, receives technical data such as your IP address with the request. Our mailbox is hosted by Microsoft (Outlook.com). Nothing is sent before you press the button.
Telegram, WhatsApp and phone
The Telegram and WhatsApp buttons open those services, which are run by other companies under their own privacy policies. Our phone number is shown only after you press "Show number". If you contact us this way, we see the details your messenger or phone shows us, such as your number, username and messages.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Interserver in the United States. Like most web servers, the hosting server may record standard technical logs for each request, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and we do not use them to identify visitors.
How we use your information
We use the information you send only to answer your request: to reply, prepare and send specifications, files and a quotation, and to continue the conversation about your order if you want to. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing or share it with other companies, except the service providers named on this page that carry the messages for us, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request emails and messages for as long as we need them to answer your request and to handle any resulting order and business correspondence, and then for no longer than 5 years after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Your quote list in your browser stays there until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to send you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at our email address with your request from the address you used, so we can find your messages. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We work with buyers in many countries. The site is hosted in the United States, the form service and our mailbox provider process data on their own servers, and our team and the Shenzhen assembly factory may be located outside your country. This means your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection rules. By sending us a request you understand that it will be handled this way, and we take care to share it only as described on this page.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or our services change. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
