How to order LED posters
We work by request for quotation. There are no public prices: you tell us what you need, we send a quotation, and the order is shipped EXW / FOB Shenzhen. Samples are available. The seven steps below show what happens, and what we need from you in each.

The seven steps
- Choose the type. Use the LED posters page or cabinet types explained. Not sure? Start with the die-cast 640.
- Choose the pixel pitch. Work from the closest viewer: roughly, the minimum viewing distance in meters is the pitch in millimeters. See the pixel pitch guide.
- Decide the quantity and the wall. One poster, or a cascade of several. Say the total width you want, and we calculate how many posters one controller can drive at your pitch.
- Choose the control system. NovaStar with Mean Well PSU by default; Huidu or Colorlight as a lower-cost option. Receiving cards and controller are matched to one brand.
- Send the request. Use the quote form with the details in the table below.
- Review the quotation. It states the configuration, the options (marked Optional), price, MOQ and lead time per order. We ask for all local requirements before production so the order matches what you need.
- Ship. We sell EXW / FOB Shenzhen: we prepare the goods and the export documents, and you arrange freight, duties and import compliance. The packing list states the weight and size of every piece.

Samples and OEM
Samples are available. OEM logo, labels, packaging and documents are Optional. Say in the request if you resell, install or brand the posters.
Packaging and freight
A cardboard box with foam inserts is standard. A flight case and a wooden crate are Optional; see packaging and shipping and the shipping and Incoterms guide.
Questions and answers
Do I pay anything to get a quotation?
The request does not commit you to anything. Price, MOQ and lead time are quoted per order.
Can I order a single poster?
Samples are available, so tell us the quantity you have in mind and we answer in the quotation.
How do I know which pitch to choose?
Take the distance of your nearest viewer in meters: that is roughly the pitch in millimeters. At 2 m look at P1.86 or P2, at 3 m P2.5 or P3.076.
What if I do not know my control system?
Say so in the request. NovaStar with Mean Well is the default set, Huidu or Colorlight a lower-cost option, and we explain what each means for your wall.
Do you install the posters?
Our scope is the poster, shipped EXW / FOB Shenzhen. The poster needs no wall mounting: you set it up and load content.
When do you ask about local requirements?
Up front, before production, so that the order matches what you need. Tell us the destination country and any local requirements with the request.
Can I change the order after I receive the quotation?
Tell us what you want to change and we update the quotation. Terms are confirmed per order.
Who arranges transport?
You do. We sell EXW / FOB Shenzhen and prepare the goods and export documents.
