Questions and answers
What does 'closed RFQ' mean?
There are no public prices. You tell us what you need, and we send a quotation. Price, MOQ and lead time are quoted per order.
What is the difference between pixel pitch and resolution?
Pitch is the distance between LEDs in millimeters. Resolution is the number of pixels that follows from it on the poster's size. A finer pitch means a higher resolution.
Why are all posters the same size?
The screens are 640, 960 or 1280 mm wide and 1920 mm high in every type. What changes the picture is the pitch; what changes service and joining is the cabinet.
What is a receiving card?
A card inside the poster that drives the LED modules. Receiving cards and controller are matched to one brand: NovaStar by default, or Huidu or Colorlight as a lower-cost option.
Can I show different content on different posters?
Yes. Each poster stores its own content; a cascade shows one picture across posters.
Can posters be joined later?
If they have the same pitch and the types can chain, yes. Tell us what you have and we check.
Do you sell samples?
Samples are available.
What is EXW?
Ex Works: we make the goods available at our premises. We sell EXW / FOB Shenzhen, and you arrange freight, duties and import compliance.
Is the poster a touchscreen?
No. Even the acrylic glass screen, made for touches, does not use touch to control the content.
