LED poster packaging: cardboard box, flight case, wooden crate
Every LED poster ships in standard cardboard packaging with foam inserts, included in the base price. For trade shows, rental and repeated moves we offer a flight case, and for several posters in one shipment a wooden crate; both are Optional. We pack our posters to protect them in transport by sea, air or road. Assembled at our Shenzhen assembly factory and shipped EXW / FOB Shenzhen.

Standard cardboard packaging
Included in the poster's base price. Each poster ships in its own box with foam inserts around the perimeter; the stand is packed separately. It suits one-off deliveries by sea, air or courier. For regular transport, trade shows and moves where the poster is repacked after display, a flight case is the better choice.
Flight case
A rigid case with a foam insert shaped to the poster, with latches and casters. The poster stays assembled inside, so there is no need to break it down. It fits 640×1920 mm posters in every body type: die-cast and foldable. Cases for 1 to 4 posters are available (Optional), and there are cases for the double-sided poster and for the 1280×1920 mm poster. It is the choice for trade shows, rental, air travel and demo units taken to clients.

Wooden crate
For shipping several posters as one piece of cargo. Posters are packed disassembled: cabinets separate, stands and casters separate. The wooden frame protects against mechanical stress in sea and air freight. A crate is available for 1 to 4 posters (Optional) and suits shipments of 2 to 4 posters that travel together.
960×1920 mm posters
960×1920 mm posters ship in standard cardboard packaging with foam inserts, the same as the 640 posters. A flight case for the 960×1920 mm poster is a non-standard size and is made to order. For regular transport of 960 posters we recommend a wooden crate.
How much does a poster weigh?
Weight depends on the body, the configuration and the packaging type: a poster with its base in a flight case weighs noticeably more than a poster in a cardboard box. We state the exact weight and dimensions of each piece in the packing list for the order.
These are packed gross weights in a flight case (factory data), not the weight of the poster itself:

How to order packaging
We add flight cases and crates to the poster order and include them in the same invoice and the same shipment. In your request, state the poster model, the quantity and the packaging you need. Questions about packaging
Which packaging do I need for a one-off delivery?
The standard cardboard box with foam inserts is included in the base price and suits one-off deliveries by sea, air or courier. If the poster will be repacked after each display, choose a flight case.
Which packaging suits trade shows or rental?
A flight case. The poster stays assembled inside a foam insert shaped to it, with latches and casters, so there is nothing to take apart between events.
When does a wooden crate make sense?

Who arranges the freight?
We sell EXW / FOB Shenzhen. We prepare the goods and the export documents, and you arrange freight, duties and import compliance.
