Warranty questions to ask before buying an LED poster
A warranty is only as useful as the questions you ask before you sign. This checklist works for any supplier. We show our own answers beside each question: the warranty is 2 years, with repair at the factory, spare parts sold separately, and freight paid by the buyer.

Ours is 2 years. Compare any offer on the period, where repair happens, spares and freight.
What does repair at the factory mean?
The faulty part goes back to the factory for repair; the buyer pays freight.
Do you send a replacement module?
Spare parts are sold separately; we describe what is available with the quotation.
Does the warranty cover shipping damage?
Terms beyond the 2 years are quoted per order. The packing list helps you check the shipment.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
Keep it if you plan to send a part back.
How do I report a fault?
Send the order, the type, the pitch and photos or a short video.
